- Leads the servicing of loans, including foreclosure, mortgage, securities lending, and specialty loans, ensuring adherence to state and local regulatory requirements to minimize financial exposure
- Oversees complex work functions while providing training and mentoring to teammates
- Monitors workflow and operational efficiency in order to recommend changes and operational improvements
- Analyzes complex requests and determines an appropriate course of action in accordance with bank guidelines and regulations for customer, investor, or third party inquires

Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading the servicing of loans. Key responsibilities include loan processing, researching, documenting loan history and responding to customers, investors or other third party inquiries. Job expectations include handling complex levels of transactions providing support to senior management, and training and mentoring teammates.
