      Our Impact:

      The Loan Servicing Professional position is part of the Single-Family Operations, Investor Reporting team. The primary responsibility is to handle the document execution mailbox, the audit confirmation mailbox and SharePoint locations for tracking of the request. Additional responsibilities will be to monitor Servicer performance and compliance with terms of business; resolve errors with Servicer by deadline and within requested standards of customer service. Audit Servicer P&I and T&I custodial accounts and resolve discrepancies with Servicer. Monitor Servicer reporting, cash flow and credit risk mitigation. Perform sophisticated tasks, handle priority clients (Mega Servicers), and resolve complex issues or requests for waivers from established procedures. Act as liaison to other Freddie Mac departments (e.g., audit, legal, accounting, tax, marketing etc.) as required. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Provides resolutions to an assortment of problems. You will analyze mortgage data to resolve discrepancies with the request for each process and present insightful recommendations using our latest technology to improve the customer’s experience while handling Freddie Mac risk.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of experience
      • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
      • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
      • Intermediate knowledge of the mortgage industry
      • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or background
      • Proven ability to perform sophisticated analysis and present findings to a wide audience.

      This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $71,000 - $107,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
