      Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) services several lines of businesses within JPMorgan Chase, including Business Banking, Global Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking. The group consists of approximately 1,300 employees and is responsible for over $500 billion in loans outstanding.
      WLS’s Central Money Movement team is responsible for booking, funding and closing new loans for global private banking, Middle Market, Commercial Bank and Business Banking clients. Key loan systems used include Loan IQ, ACBS, VLS.

      The candidate is responsible for processing and/or approving US and Multicurrency loan transactions associated with various supported market segments. Requires interaction with the market partners, relationship managers and other line of business stake holders in order to provide the suitable business solutions and services to their Commercial Banking clients.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Booking new loans and completing transactions on existing loans
      • Reviewing and processing various forms of monetary related transactions on the applicable commercial loan systems.
      • Completing transactions and transferring funds to internal general ledger or DDA accounts
      • Process transactions for customer relationships using the ACBS, Loan IQ, Servicing Express, VLS loan systems
      • Track Incoming Customer’s Requests
      • Exceptional customer service skills - Customer contact focuses on high volume or unique activities requiring interaction with internal market and credit partners. (Ability to calculate interest and fee accruals for billing is required for this role.)
      • Miscellaneous debits and credits as they relate to loan funding.
      • Research detailed requests from our line of business partners related to processed transactions.
      • Resolves transaction exceptions or rejects
      • Participating in project and working groups as required
      • Responsible for meeting service level expectations in addition to team individual productivity and quality goals
      • Other duties as assigned

      Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

      • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of loan servicing and customer service experience or equivalent is required
      • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure environment.
      • Strong client focus mind-set with proficiency in consulting/advising clients, answering inquiries and providing information, and effectively managing difficult conversations.
      • Demonstrated focus on ownership, follow-up, and relationship management.
      • Ability to multitask
      • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Strong PC navigation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
      • Basic mathematics/accounting understanding

      Shift Schedule: 10pm-7am PHT
