- Review and correction of systemically transmitted of record data related to loan account set up
- Manually process customer account set up of systemically transmitted ‘kick outs’.
- Review, research and validate escrow and account data for accuracy on the servicing system of record.
- Manually processes renewals from loan modifications, agreements, subornations, notes and other loan documents.
- Manually board complex consumer lending loans.
- Execute complex workload functions including: Loan Control, File Monitoring, QA Corrections, etc.
- Appropriately identify, evaluate potential risk associated with boarding and maintaining mortgage loans while implementing mitigation strategies as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Assist in documenting loan boarding processes used for training and audit purposes.
- Assist in streamlining and automating the onboard process including: 1) FIS Participations, 2) Keyword changes, 3) Transfer of escrow funds.
- Creating escrow records for taxes, insurance & PMI to meet investor reporting requirements.
- Handle loan modification process, completing within established timeline.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Participate in special projects for the department as assigned.
- 3 years of Servicing experience.
- Associates degree or equivalent Experience could be used a substitute.
- Experience with Mortgage On Boarding; FIS knowledge strongly desired.
- Advanced Computer Skills
