We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Verification Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying loan applications, ensuring accuracy of information, and providing outstanding customer service to applicants throughout the verification process.

Responsibilities

• Verify loan application information provided by applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness of applicant data.
• Communicate effectively with applicants to gather additional information or clarify discrepancies.
• Adhere to established verification procedures and compliance guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to applicants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Document verification results accurately and timely in the designated systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in loan verification or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of loan verification procedures and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
