- Greet all patients upon arrival at the center, guide them on what to do next, weather maintain lobby area with adequate, neat, clean and organized.
- Regularly check in with patients who are waiting in the lobby waiting for service.
- Be able to inform patients of delays or changes to their appointment’s times proactively.
- Work mainly in the lobby, in the patient areas and throughout the center. Seeks out to service patients; proactively versus reactive.
- Influences patient satisfaction and provides service in a polite courteous and professional manner.
- Conducts personal orientation with new patients assigned to the center.
- Answer quickly to patients’ questions or problems regarding center activities and services.
- Maintains continuous communication with administration and refer difficult issues immediately.
- Trouble shooting any patient inquiry or concern and ensure patient expectations are met.
- Maintain work area clean and always organized.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Register visitors in the guest management system. Issue visitor badges and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Ensure all the security protocols are followed, including verifying identification and maintaining the visitor log.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred; must be able to read write and speak English
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, hospitality or related field preferred
- Proficient in basic Computer knowledge preferred
- Basic computer skills to be able to recognize and understand our Practice Management System.
- Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills.
- Cheerful, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong sense of teamwork and be able to manage interpersonal relationships with tact and diplomacy.
- Able to always respect and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Need to be able to follow policies and procedures and work flexible schedule and location.
- Need to be able to relate well with all levels of individuals within the organization.

Job Summary
The Lobby Ambassador plays a pivotal role in shaping the initial experience of patients, clients and associates as they enter the building. The Lobby Ambassador responsibilities will be greeting and welcoming everyone entering the building, provide guidance and information, be able to handle inquiries and issues, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment reflecting the high standards of the organization and support the staff.
