  Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

  The Role:

  Carpenters are skilled artisans who construct, erect, install and renovate structures made of wood and other materials. Be prepared with solutions and make sure you are always ready for any problems that may arise.

  Responsibilities:

  • Works from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to obtain dimensions and finish specifications.
  • Determines method and sequence of work operation, quality and size of raw stock and hardware necessary to complete assignment.
  • May also make working sketches of partitions, walls, fixtures, and frames to complete required assignment.
  • Performs general, minor carpentry repairs and maintenance of hotel facilities.
  • Works with various types of hard woods and plastics.
  • Builds repairs and installs dry walls, ceilings, doors/windows, cabinets, slot machine stands, furniture and gaming equipment.
  • Fabricates office partitions, doors, cornices, counters, panel walls, and ceilings.
  • Maintains Preventive Maintenance Program.
  • Maintains inventory of parts and material.
  • Other Duties as assigned

  Qualifications:

  • Must be physically strong and a journeyman carpenter.
  • Must be knowledgeable of building codes.
