- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care techniques
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Active RN license in the state of Nevada (required)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in home health or community health
- Knowledge of OASIS documentation (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- CPR certification (required)
- Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000/year

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in Las Vegas, NV. As a home health RN, you will provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes, promoting recovery, safety, and improved quality of life.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and education to patients and their families, helping them manage medical conditions in a home setting.
