- Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs through standardized assessments.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to improve patients' functional abilities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state PA license.
- Prior experience in SNF preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
