- Partner with global Sales and emerging markets Trading desks to facilitate exposure to CEEMEA as an asset class for institutional investors
- Partner with emerging markets Sales covering banks, sovereigns and asset managers in CEE, CIS, MENA and the Sub-Saharan Africa regions for cross asset solution trades
- Manage asset side investments, currency and rates hedges, access products and risk recycling transactions
- Demonstrate your expertise in generating trade ideas, marketing, pricing and execution of transactions, reviewing bespoke legal documentation, and utilizing regulatory knowledge across a variety of client jurisdictions and products
- You bring significant experience within a transactional role in the emerging markets space and have strong quantitative and pricing skills
- You have client knowledge in emerging markets region to assist local sales teams in transaction origination
- You can demonstrate strong knowledge of emerging markets asset class (including Rates, Credit and FX) and local markets regulatory frameworks
- You have an in depth understanding of derivatives (incl ISDA) and structured notes
- You think strategically and creatively, with excellent attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can engage and influence partners and stakeholders: you can communicate concepts and ideas with impact, also via documentation, and you are keen to defend their validity and tailor messages to different audiences
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment of real-time market pressures and remain focused on client needs
- You bring in depth Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Bloomberg knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Science. Master’s degree preferred
- Fluency in local languages of one or more of the EM regions in scope

As an Associate or Analyst in Local Markets Structuring, you will be focusing on local institutional clients in Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) as well as international institutional clients interested in CEEMEA products. You’ll have direct accountability for business results and be responsible for creating a strong partnership within the broader sales, structuring and trading organizations to bring ideas from concepts to tradable products, while balancing the requirements of all involved parties.
The CEEMEA Structuring team is an integral part of Local Markets Structuring, which also comprises Asia and Latin American structuring, while also leveraging the capabilities of Global Investor Structuring and Global Financing Structuring.
CEEMEA Structuring is a cross asset team that designs, develops, and executes solutions with primary focus on tailor-made Derivatives (Rates, Credit and FX) and Yield Enhancement Products (including Structured Notes). CEEMEA Structuring partners closely with global Sales and Trading desks to offer best-in-class product knowledge, transaction origination, structuring and deal execution.
