- Working as a reliable, supportive team member in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring that the client receives superior standards of project management and customer service at all times
- Delivering all projects on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements
- Working in tandem with colleagues to prepare proposals and quotations
- Tracking and controlling all costs throughout the entire lifecycle of a project
- Status reporting customized to clients’ needs
- Provision of business intelligence, quality & productivity metrics customized to clients’ needs
- Running project kick-offs and post-project analysis initiatives
- Hosting conference calls between translators and reviewers
- Working with the client, reviewers and translators on quality improvement initiatives
- Troubleshooting, setting standards, making recommendations to improve the process and maximizing efficiencies where possible
- Central handling of queries and support requests
- Capacity planning for internal & external resources
- Interacting with linguistic resources and digital marketing specialists and third-party stakeholders
- Degree or Masters in Translation, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent English is essential + other languages will be a benefit for this role
- Ideal will be 5 years of Experience working in Localization, and 3 out of that as Project manager
- Experience managing teams of onsite and offsite resources
- Excellent financial, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Knowledge of standard CAT packages (Trados, SDLX, Catalyst, etc.)
- Knowledge of GMS systems
This is a remote position.
Localization Project manager – EU– remote-based
We are looking for a Localization Project Manager, ideally with experience working on a variety of verticals, with a minimum of 3+ years in ideally, Project Management/Localization.
This is a fully remote position, home-based, working with global teams. The role will involve working until 6 pm // 6:30 pm CET. You will be expected to have strong client, vendor, and negotiation skills, the same as polished client communication.
