      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests from mortgage loan officers
      - Analyze and resolve operational issues related to rate lock mismatches
      - Provide guidance and support to loan origination staff to enhance customer interactions
      - Process and record rate lock modifications, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
      - Monitor and report on locked pipeline activity, including expiration dates and pricing requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage experience, preferably with pricing/registration experience
      - High attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Proficient computer skills in applications like Excel, Word, and Encompass or similar LOS system

      - Foundational knowledge of agency and federal loan program guidelines
      - Ability to work well with team members and leaders across various departments
