  Position Overview:
  Join our dynamic virtual healthcare company as a Locum Nurse and play a pivotal role in delivering accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to our members. As a Locum Nurse, you will be a key contributor to our onsite activities and health camps, engaging with members, conducting health sensitization sessions, and utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver top-notch care.
  Responsibilities:
  1. Health Camp Engagement:
  2. 
     
     1. Conduct health sensitization sessions to educate members about available services.
     2. Facilitate the download and setup of our health App on members' devices.
     3. Ensure members understand the benefits and functionalities of the virtual healthcare platform.
  3. Health Education
  4. 
     
     1. Provide and communicate nursing care plan and heath education to the members as appropriate
  5. Triage and Point of Care Testing:
  6. 
     
     1. Observe and collect members’ vitals signs and other condition specific measurements
     2. Perform triaging duties to assess members' health needs during health camps.
     3. Administer point-of-care tests efficiently and accurately.
     4. Utilize technology for real-time data entry and reporting.
  7. Appointment Booking:
  8. 
     
     1. Identify members with current health issues and assist in booking virtual or in-person appointments.
     2. Collaborate with the scheduling team to ensure seamless appointment coordination.
     3. Refer members to other providers onsite for relevant services as per need
  9. Condition-Specific Monitoring:
  10. 
      
      1. Provide members with devices for condition-specific monitoring, ensuring proper setup and understanding.
      2. Educate members on the use of monitoring devices for effective self-care.
      3. Record devices issued to members in the relevant tools
  11. Medical Reporting:
  12. 
      
      1. Collect and manage medical data during health camps.
      2. Ensure timely and accurate transmission of medical reports to members and relevant healthcare providers.
  13. Perform any relevant nursing procedure professionally
  14. Ensure all equipment and devices are in good working condition, ensure timely calibration and incase of malfunction report to the Activation team lead/Lead HN and logistician
  
  
  Qualifications:
  • Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Nursing and valid nursing license.
  • Proven clinical experience with a strong understanding of healthcare practices.
  • Comfortable using technology, including health-related apps and devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Reliable and available for locum assignments on short notice.
