      Job Description:

      As a Primary Care Physician at a growing Senior Primary Care Outpatient Clinic, you will handle a variety of health-related problems in an outpatient setting, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Working closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and care coordinators, to ensure coordinated care and effective communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
      • Contribute to ongoing projects and objectives within the clinic.
      • Participate in Senior Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
      • Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) or medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
      • Refer patients to specialists when necessary

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of technical experience in a medical setting.
      • Valid FL medical license.
      • Active DEA License
      • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program.
      • Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (Board Certification preferred but not required).

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Specialty in Internal Medicine.
      • Demonstrated passion for improving patient care and consumer experiences.
