      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit physician and APC locum and Non-Class A positions, ensuring candidates meet position requirements
      - Collaborate with vendors, site contacts, and departments to facilitate credentialing and onboarding processes
      - Act as a liaison between candidates, external locum agencies, and the employer throughout the hiring process
      - Provide market information and serve as a knowledge expert to operations leaders
      - Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, leadership, and community contacts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications, or related fields, plus two years of relevant experience; or an Associate’s degree with six years of relevant experience; or ten years of relevant experience
      - Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing, and communication
      - Excellent organizational skills
      - Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
      - Experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations
