      Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

      • Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and reward direct reporting positions of Slot Attendants.
      • Oversee and coordinate the activities of Slot Attendants to maintain the highest level of guest services and performance of essential attendant duties.
      • Monitoring of customer service, training needs, KPI’s, teamwork, preventative maintenance and documentation of slot machine deficiencies for techs to work on.
      • Modify schedule to work floor to observe and support slot attendants during weekend, holiday and peak times.
      • Oversee departmental internal controls, procedures, and protects the assets of the company by ensuring compliance with Title 31 and other federal, state and gaming regulations.
      • Fill in as Key License as needed.
      • Monitor Black Hawk/Central City competitor market for emerging trends or opportunities.
      • Accountable for hours worked and labor dollars spent on Slot Attendants, managed through their schedule and actual hours worked.
      • Support Revenue Audit by resolving discrepancies in slot financial data.

      Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
      • Four years of supervisor/managerial experience
      • Five years of experience in Slot Department
      • Must secure and maintain a Key License with Colorado Division of Gaming
      • Identification that establishes identity
      • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
