Job Description
- Req#: 543718
- Minute by minute prioritization of aircraft movement.
- Maintains contact with Aircraft via VHF/UHF radio using terminology required for communicating with both civil and military aircraft.
- Coordination of all vehicles, pedestrian, and equipment movement on and around the airfield.
- Providing timely weather updates that would affect the airfield operation.
- Compiles aircraft dispatch data such as scheduled arrival/departure times, needed fuel, flight plans, ramp delays, and weather reports.
- Files flight plans.
- Prepares and submits information concerning flights and ground operation (NOTAMS).
- Need to possess complete knowledge and skills dealing with aircraft flight and ground operations and airfield emergency procedures.
- Point of contact for all aircraft ground operations to include refuel, defuel, engine runs, Ground Support Equipment Movement and hanger space availability.
- Communicates Aircraft Operating Zone Status to arriving and departing aircraft.
- May conduct daily airfield inspections.
- Develops flight schedules for range missions’ activities.
- Duties will involve working outdoors with potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures up to 130F degrees in the summer months.
- Must be able to work overhead with arms raised for extended periods.
- Scheduled work hours up to 72 hours per week.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
- Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
- Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.
- Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

- Minimum Three (3) years air terminal operations experience with aircrew communication, aircraft movement, flight following, etc.
- Possess Intermediate Microsoft Office software experience to include: Outlook, Excel, Access and Word. Possession of valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Valid drivers’ license from Home of Record.
- Prepares and submits information concerning flights and ground operation (NOTAMS).
- Strong, professional, oral and written English communication skills.
- Related Military experience.
- Experience working in a multi-national workforce.
- Aircraft Dispatcher License preferred.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
