Job Description

- Must adhere to Nucor safety programs and standards.
- Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor vision and values.
- Schedule deliveries with trucking/jobsites and maintain organized records
- Handle some retail orders: Quoting; Tagging; Preparation of paperwork; Payment collection
- Preparation (printing) of all drawings for deliveries
- Support inventory (stock, physical inventories, WIP and tails).
- Enter and post invoices into the accounts payable system. Scan and email invoices to locations for approval.
- Code and voucher all purchase order invoices.
- Answer vendor inquiries regarding payment and communicate with internal personnel to resolve problems.
- Match paid invoices to check stubs and maintain paid invoices files.
- Review vendor statements.
- Coordinate freight invoice entry.
- Perform month end processes.
- Communicate/distribute all pertinent Human Resources information to location teammates.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with other departments, customers and vendors.
- Backup for other administrative personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or local/state equivalent
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Must maintain confidentiality with regard to financial information
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Pleasant phone manners and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software program
- Two-year degree in accounting
- Typical office activities (walking, sitting, standing, bending)
- Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers and other electronic equipment
- Lifting/handling computers and related equipment (typically not more than 25 pounds).
- Vision abilities including close vision and adjusting focus
- Moderate noise level

Short Description
Pay Range: $19.91 - $28.02/hr depending on experience.
Profit sharing and ROA bonus eligable.Synchronize and coordinate outbound finished goods and provide clerical assistance to Accounts Payable, Contracts, and Shipping.
