What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare operational analyses of services, projects, or general business functions
- Maintain databases, extract information, and develop metrics and scorecards to enhance performance
- Research operations, including performance and productivity data, to identify operational issues
- Prepare reports, graphs, charts, and presentations to support analyses
- Utilize systems and software to develop reporting tools that aid business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent work or military experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics
- Proficiency in preparing and manipulating information in spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Access) and ability to extract data from SAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to perform macros
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP
- Solid data mining and development skills; ability to perform statistical analysis and create queries
- Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency
- Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations and the supply chain structure
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
