- Efficiently coordinate and record all daily logistics needs as assigned
- Assist with daily communication with all Internal and Contracted personnel
- Ensure all proper shipping documentation is completed and processed
- Operate in accordance with Federal and Company guidelines regarding operation of commercial motor vehicles
- Maintain accurate reports and data as needed to provide essential information for Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain the highest level of safety for all Glen Raven and Contracted personnel
- Maintain and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Associates Degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training
- Two years of previous related experience is required
- Problem solving
- Multitasking
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Organized and efficient in a fast paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products or related
- Knowledge of transportation/logistics industry and experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hours of Service compliance preferred
Glen Raven Logistics is recruiting for a Logistics Analyst which will provide logistics planning to customers and vendors that will maximize productivity and enhance company profitably. Under limited supervision, will be expected to give direction and guidance to other Logistics Analysts.
**This position can be considered for flexible remote work arrangements (2 days from home) after successful training period**
