- Track, analyze, and report on logistics data, including shipping performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics across global hubs.
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and assets.
- Maintain and optimize transportation schedules, freight strategies, and shipping documentation workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in supply chain processes; recommend and implement data-backed improvements.
- Monitor asset movements between sites and oversee internal logistics transfers, returns, and reverse logistics activity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP, WMS, and tracking tools; perform reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc logistics reports for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support forecasting activities and capacity planning in coordination with supply chain and project leads.
- Ensure compliance with internal logistics SOPs and industry/regional shipping regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of logistics, inventory control, or supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics software and inventory platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work across time zones and with global teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience supporting logistics for IT or AV equipment deployments.
- Background in enterprise-level operations with international shipping exposure.
- Knowledge of freight, customs, and compliance documentation processes.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support high-volume, enterprise-scale supply chain operations. This role will focus on analyzing inventory flows, optimizing distribution strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes across a dynamic and global environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across supply chain, operations, and project teams. This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in support of complex IT and AV deployments.
