  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate and oversee drivers, trucks, and containers to maximize productivity and ensure efficient service
  - Analyze daily routing information and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy
  - Communicate with drivers to evaluate route progress and provide necessary information
  - Proactively manage driver safety and resolve issues that may arise during transit
  - Ensure timely closure of routes and monitor daily routing activities to maintain service commitments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  - Minimum of two years of experience in a Dispatcher or similar leadership role preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a customer-facing position
  - Familiarity with logistics data analysis and route optimization strategies
  - Previous experience in the environmental services or waste management industry
