      PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Logistics Analyst that will coordinate with departments and transportation companies that ship domestic/international in addition to providing solutions to freight related exceptions. Emphasis in transportation data analytics to minimize freight costs and maximize logistics effectiveness. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

      YOU WILL:

      • Support Supply Chain Management with global and domestic transportation needs.
      • Strategize cost savings/avoidances by maintaining multiple department reports and managing the following: drayage, demurrage and container utilization.
      • Establish relations with carriers and take proactive approach to resolve issues.
      • Audit freight invoices, reviewing for pricing accuracy and process conformance.
      • Conduct data analysis from various transportation sites to report on company spend, trends and process improvement opportunities.
      • Interface with Trade Compliance to ensure processes are being followed by carriers to maintain PING compliance with C-TPAT procedures and other security initiatives.
      • Support various functional departments with transportation needs, including packaging selection, product launch materials, tours, PGA show, etc.
      • Be a team player, flexible and adaptable to change.
      • Adhere to company safety rules and procedures.
      • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department/company needs.

      YOU HAVE:

      • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Transportation, Logistics, or similar discipline; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. CLTD Certification a plus.
      • Knowledge of the transportation industry, modes of service and pricing structures a plus.
      • Experience in Supply Chain Management principles and practices.
      • Knowledge/experience with Ratelinx and Infor M3 is preferred.
      • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Atlas 6.1, Nexus and Power BI.
      • Motivation and ability to work confidently and quickly in a multitasking environment.
      • Ability to build relationships with PING internal customers and external carriers.
      • Analytical and financial aptitude a plus.
