Basic Qualifications
General knowledge of DoD policy relating Supply Chain, Property, and Inventory (e.g., DoDM 4100.39, 4160.21, DODI 4140.01, 4160.28, 5000.64, 8320.04, etc.).
General understanding of interoperability between DOD services supply chain data management.
General knowledge of governing DoD and Service supply chain logistic support systems, e.g., Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), FEDLOG, H2 Federal Supply Classification (FSC), H6 Item Name Directory, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps / Army (GCSS-MC and GCSS-A), and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
Be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds unassisted.
Be able to travel to Continental/Contiguous United States (CONUS) / Outside of the Continental/Contiguous United States (OCONUS) as required.
Ability to maintain a Top-Secret clearance and have a valid driver's license.Job Code/Title

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform logistic management activities including receiving, posting, issue, inventory, and disposal
Familiarity with asset research, cross-reference and identification, stock record build, property inventory, redistribution, and property management
Accurate data entry into Department of Defense (DoD) Logistics Information Systems (LIS)
Maintain required records within assigned LIS and perform asset transactions
Data cleanse, analysis, reconciliation, and stock record maintenance in the assigned Accountability Property System of Records (APSR)
Perform DoDAAC and UIC management support within logistics systems
Compose and prepare logistic-related correspondences
Solve identification issues using critical thinking, experience, and causative research skills
Prepare and present oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations to senior management regarding project status
Qualifications:
Experience in logistics management and supply chain operations
Familiarity with DoD logistics information systems and property management
Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Experience in preparing technical reports and project presentations
Work Environment:
This position supports the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) customer and requires familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to stock control, receipt, storage, issue, inventory, and accountability. The specialist will perform data entry, analysis, and stock record maintenance in the assigned Accountability Property System of Records (APSR) and ensure electronic legitimacy and data integrity is maintained within logistics systems. The position may require composing and preparing numerous logistic-related correspondences and presenting oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations to senior management. The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Desired skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent deadlines. Possess intermediate skill level of Microsoft products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint (web portal). Familiar with Special Operations Logistics Management System (SOLMAN). Familiar with Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $52,100 - $99,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
