Job Description

Logistic and admin tasks:
(1) Prepare payment documents and customs declaration: Invoice, payment request, quotation, contract, bill of lading, customs declaration, etc.
(2) Perform and follow-up inwards – outwards – inventory process.
(3) Sufficiently store custom declaration documents for future tax purposes
(4) Prepare all documents for registration, establishment, change, regulatory for product
(5) File, finding document in store, and other tasksAccounting tasks:
(1) Gather all payment-related documents, process payment orders and record expenses on SAP-B1
(2) Check and store all payment document to ensure accuracy and completeness
(3) Tax report on tax system: Gather all related documents to perform quarterly tax report. Ensure accuracy when reporting tax followed by Vietnam’s regulation
(4) Prepare documents related to auditing, accounting, tax, court... according to each request of Party A.About the company
