Job Description
- Req#: 32396674379
- Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, Following up on shipment discrepancies).
- Assist Customs compliance (C-TPAT, Customs regulations, HTS codes maintenance).
- Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers.
- Review and process logistics vendor invoices.
- Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions.
- Responsible for vendor QBRs, KPI monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Location: Onsite at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week.
- 1+ years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experienced with the classification process.
- Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables).
- Assertive, self-motivated, goal and result driven.
