What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide logistics support, including coordination of shipments and troubleshooting distribution issues
- Conduct transactions for material creation, movement, and use in the company's material management software system
- Ensure completion and tracking of supply chain supply-related documentation
- Coordinate temperature-controlled GMP and Non GMP pharmaceutical materials globally
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party warehouses, carriers, and suppliers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional and timely communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B.S. degree in Operational Management/Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
- Experience with transportation and warehousing technology platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a global environment with outsourced transportation and warehousing providers
- Understanding of GDP environment and global regulations
- Familiarity with global trade principles and import/export regulations
