      As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes. You will be required to work independently and provide high quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations. You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.

      Qualifications You Must Have

      • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse, facility or other environment that requires attention to safety regulations.
      • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

      Qualifications We Prefer

      • Knowledge of the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS)
      • Knowledge of PRISM
      • Experience working in a logistics environment.

      The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

      This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
