What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review transport paperwork for accuracy and correctness
- Create, maintain, and review documents
- Provide correct labeling to couriers for product transport
- Manage high volume of print requests and deadlines
- Investigate transport delays and errors to identify issues and escalate for resolution
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Configure and set up dataloggers for data collection requirements
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
- Assist in tracking, cleaning, packaging, and distribution of blood product shipping containers
- Maintain inventory and order supplies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with logistics services suppliers
- Receive, label, and store supplies for cell transport

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Advanced organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of confidentiality principles in a medical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, particularly One Note and Outlook
- Minimum of one year of experience in a quality-controlled environment, such as supplier management, not-for-profit, or healthcare

- Experience in a relevant position in an NMDP department
