      Job Description Summary:

      As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of various administrative tasks related to the management and movement of inventory, documentation, and communication within the Southeast Region. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team.

      What You’ll Do for Us
      • Review the Yearly Open Orders and Forecast (YOOFR) daily for the Southeast Region.
      • Maintain clean and up to date records.
      • Perform timely and accurate corrections on Stock Transfer Orders (STO) to ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
      • Manage and oversee the export process for Canadian loads, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate record-keeping.
      • Manage the process for liquidation and donations, including handling destruction loads.
      • Set up appointments with destruction carriers to arrange for the removal of obsolete or expired inventory.
      • Ensure inventory designated for destruction is appropriately removed from the SAP system.
      • Oversee the complete process of destruction loads and reconcile the hand bills.
      • Create shuttle orders in SAP/OTM.
      • Generate and manage month-end reports.
      • Provide daily Release Log and IDOC reports.
      • Handle virtual desktop requests, user registration, and SAP delegation for new users.
      • Manage material movement for the rework team in SAP.
      • Review MB5T transactions and clean up pallet lines in SAP, focusing on YOOFR.
      • Review and manage the open order report to ensure timely processing and completion.

      Qualifications & Requirements
      • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the supply chain or logistics field.
      • Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
      • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
      • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
      • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
      • Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred
      • Experience with export documentation and compliance a plus.

      Pay Range:

      $85,300 - $101,000

      Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
