      What you will do

      • Interacts daily with internal and external customers.

      • Performs data entries in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

      • Coordinates with carriers the shipments and prepares related documentation.

      • Keeps files of goods shipped.

      • Handles issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.

      • Troubleshoots shipping issues that arise and works to solve them.

      • Performs movement of sterilized and non-sterilized products to maintain the segregation as required per procedures.

      • Maintains safety standards and follows all regulations, including wearing proper protective gear while working in warehouse environments.

      • Maintains areas well organized.

      What you need

      • Two to three years of experience in logistics management, warehouse environment, or a related role

      • Forklift certification is desirable

      • Computer skills, with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and in Microsoft programs

      • Attention to detail

      • English proficiency will be a plus

      • People who are oriented towards customer service, have good communication skills, and pay attention to detail
