Job Description

- Manifest creation
- Billing for assigned locations
- Review of field paperwork to ensure scope of work is completed
- Track route progress as needed
- Work well without direct supervision
- Coordinate with field teams and managers
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to type 50 WPM minimum
- High school diploma or GED required
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Candidate must be self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observation
- Ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Summary
The position of Final Mile Logistics Coordinator is responsible for handling all orders, routing, deliveries, installations, and communication with assigned locations. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for all communication with delivery and install teams, as well as the assigned sales contacts with each client.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 4 AM to 12:30 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay: $17 - $20/hr
