  Logistics Coordinator
  Pay Rate/Range: $25.00
  Hours: Sunday – Thursday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
  Location: Fresno, CA
  Duration: 2 months+
  
  Location: Onsite, 3325 W Figarden Drive Fresno CA 93711
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize routing software to integrate new customers and vendors into existing routes efficiently

  • Plan and implement route changes (scheduled/unscheduled orders and backhauls) to optimize cost and timing

  • Maintain current vendor and carrier files, ensuring up-to-date liability insurance documentation

  • Monitor and manage all 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) relationships, driving performance improvements and processing freight claims

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with freight and external logistics partners

  • Lead weekly logistics status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

  • Investigate and recommend optimal shipping options based on cost, efficiency, and compliance

  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and carriers to ensure timely acquisition and delivery of goods

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and international shipping regulations
  Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

  • Strong knowledge of routing software and logistics best practices

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing vendor and 3PL relationships

  • Understanding of freight claim processes and liability documentation

  • Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance standards
