What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor outbound processing and shipping delays, communicating with fulfillment centers and carriers to improve delivery metrics
- Prepare shipping documentation and assist Customer Experience with order processing guidelines
- Troubleshoot and enhance outbound processing to increase automation and efficiency
- Conduct invoice reviews and prepare disputes for accurate billing from carriers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate shipping templates and product visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, business, or a related field preferred
- Strong math skills for performing shipping cost comparisons
- High-level computer proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and PayPal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with logistics software and automated shipping systems
- Previous involvement in process improvement initiatives within a logistics environment
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for operational insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
