      Position Summary:

      The role of the Logistics Coordinator is to process day-to-day logistics shipments by working with Order management team and perform cross function with other team members within the team.

      Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate with Order management team to process physical orders and provide support for daily operations

      • Communicate with warehouse to minimize delay on order processing and delivery to customer

      • Perform inventory count and check with warehouse for inbound and outbound shipment regular basis

      • Provide inventory and shipping information to accounting for end of month process

      • Process RMA return and order adjustment

      • Enter and review sales orders for hardware products in accordance with company policies and procedures

      • Review and complete sales order packages for accuracy, errors, and omissions in conjunction with Trend’s revenue recognition policies

      • Prepare shipping related documents and provide information to warehouse

      • Monitor inventory level

      • Maintain information detailing the status of orders received for processing

      • Resolve discrepancies and order issues across departments quickly to meet processing metrics

      • Research and address customer questions/issues as necessary

      • Actively participate in the resolution of complex order issues/problems with management as necessary

      • Maintain document file internal and external correspondence as it relates to all sales orders and shipments

      • Other tasks as assigned

      Qualifications:

      • Ability to communicate instructions clearly and work as team

      • Proven detail orientation and excellent customer service focus

      • Able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team atmosphere

      • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

      • Intermediate Microsoft excel skill required

      • Experience with order processing program such as Navision is plus

      • Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 8am-7pm CST with occasional overtime based on business need

      • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required

      • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities based on business needs
