      Description:

      WHO YOU ARE:

      The Logistics coordinator will communicate with shippers to ensure commercial documents are received & vetted in a timely manner. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Responsible for managing all import documents from local and overseas vendors. The documents need to be validated for payments and customs brokerage.
      • Responsible for ensuring all import documents contain a Commercial Invoice, Packing list, BOL, and if necessary B255, ESO, COO etc.
      • All commercial documents need to match against Ardene’s purchase orders, total units, unit costs etc.
      • Responsible for clearly communicating with vendors and buyers for all missing import documents and discrepancies.
      • File all documents in Ardene’s internal share drive.
      • Managing Trello boards.
      • Managing Penalties/Credit notes.
      • Local shipping – same day if requested (Globex).
      • International shipping (FEDEX).
      • Approving Globex invoices from (Alagma).
      • Communicating with brokers, Booking/Scheduling truck deliveries to DC/Complete all reports.
      • Courrier Email (import and Export) – UPS shipping.
      • Middle East Invoicing Backup.
      • Transport’s Booking Backup.
      • Trackings/ Canpar/ Canada Post Reports.
      • Assist with other logistics tasks as needed.

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

      • At least 1 years of relevant experience
      • High school diploma or higher
      • Excellent typing and data entry skills
      • Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
      • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & French
      • Attention to detail
