      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prioritize orders and select approved service providers to fulfill each order
      - Communicate specific order requirements with providers and schedule services
      - Analyze service costs and assign appropriate pricing
      - Document and enter order information while completing all required paperwork
      - Establish and maintain positive relationships with primary service specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience in work scheduling, dispatching, or high-volume customer service
      - Ability to work core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST
      - Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel skills preferred
      - Ability to interact daily with both clients and contractors for problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor’s degree
      - Bilingual, Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
      - Experience in logistics coordination is highly valued
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to effectively work from home with a quiet, designated workstation
