Logistics Operations: Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance.
Excel Reporting: Utilize intermediate Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, to support logistics decision-making.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure clear and professional communication regarding logistics schedules, updates, and issue resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve logistics-related challenges, such as delays, discrepancies, or inventory shortages, in a timely and effective manner.
Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings clearly.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and formulas).
Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator II to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials while leveraging your analytical skills to optimize logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis capabilities, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and excellent professional communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.
Fully In Office: Monday-Friday (6 am - 2:30 pm)
Salary: $25.00 USD hourly
