      Job Description

      Join an outstanding team in Singapore at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Logistics Associate II.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Reports to Team Lead Site Services or above
      • Direct point of contact for couriers for shipping, tracking, receiving, and reporting concerns related to inbound and outbound supply shipments.
      • Responsible for the tracking and follow up of all 3PL sample shipments and shipments
      • Responsible for reviewing and reporting of daily supply order delays to the Project Management and/or designee.
      • Participates to Courier operational meetings and reports to Senior Level/Team Lead/Manager any issue or concern regarding courier operations
      • Supports the site services logistics coordinators
      • Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports
        • Request
        • Review
        • Action/Follow Up
      • Supports in the investigation and solving of Quality Events
        • Delayed or missing shipments
        • All courier events and failures

      Requirements

      • Excellent client and phone service skills
      • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy
      • Accurate data entry skills
      • Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
      • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage
      • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making
      • Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills
      • Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data
