- Cultivate deep, strategic relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted Sifted advisor and go-to resource.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey—from onboarding through long-term partnership, growth, and renewal.*
- Proactively monitor client health and performance, including carrier revenue bands, platform engagement, and realized operational efficiencies.
- Drive ongoing value through regular check-ins and strategic business reviews.*
- Capture and track clients’ strategic goals, ensuring consistent progress and demonstrating measurable success.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, deepening the client relationship, and increasing product adoption.*
- Design and implement parcel cost optimization strategies through collaborative, client-facing engagements to drive sustainable savings and efficiency.*
- Lead the creation and execution of RFPs and related deliverables, aligning outcomes with client goals.*
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions that empower clients to leverage Sifted’s platform and capabilities fully.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Sifted’s offerings and best practices to deliver tailored recommendations and support.
- Maintain strong relationships across all levels of client organizations—from end-users to executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects aimed at improving internal processes, scalability, and client experience.
- Support the development of team members through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in the parcel shipping or logistics industry.
- 3+ preferred experience in a direct customer-facing and support role (client success, account management or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.*
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and create strategic recommendations for clients
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and project management skills; able to influence across all levels of an organization
- Experience building and managing relationships, including interacting with all levels of management (both internally and client-focused)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a mix of team collaboration and independent execution
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)

As a Logistics Intelligence Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them unlock maximum value from their small parcel logistics operations. In this role, you’ll oversee onboarding, drive platform adoption, and guide clients in optimizing parcel operations to achieve measurable results. You’ll also manage long-term relationships, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities. You’ll be a trusted advisor and key point of contact, leveraging your industry expertise to align our products and services with each client’s business objectives.
You’ll also play an internal leadership role—championing process improvements, mentoring teammates, and contributing to the continued evolution of our service model and customer success strategy.
