- You will oversee Foreign Military Sales shipment execution and policy and administer all modes of movement in accordance with policies and procedures for movement of cargo.
- You will develop a yearly budget by formulating a plan based on the assigned systems Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements from program and feasibility reviews.
- You will evaluate alternative logistics support strategies relative to funds availability and if necessary, formulate alternative support concepts.
- You will identify specific requirements for material, facilities, equipment and other services needed to receive, store, consolidate and then ship material for Partner nations.
- You will serve as material coordinator for assigned systems while maintaining continuing liaison with counterparts within the Program Support Inventory Control Point (PSICP) and headquarters.
- You will provide recommendations for most optimal use of Information Technology (IT) solutions/uses to improve logistical performance in documentation preparation, warehouse consolidation and movement of cargo.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You "may" be coded as "key" and as such may be required to be removed from your military recall status. A signed statement of understanding is required.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying knowledge of a wide range of logistical policies, principles, and practices to provide warehousing and logistics support services. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Planning a variety of complex work assignments and/or identifying, analyzing, and resolving transportation issues or problems; 2) Developing, integrating, and coordinating logistics and transportation plans and programs; 3) Establishing and maintaining milestones and performance statistics to ensure optimum system support; and 4) Utilizing the concepts, policies, procedures, and techniques of supply planning and management.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.About the company
