As part of our Global Logistics Strategy and the “SIMPLE” 3-year winning plan, we are hiring a Logistics Master Data Manager to strengthen the backbone of our supply chain operations through accurate, strategic, and agile data management.

      As a Logistics Master Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, governance, and strategic use of logistics-related master data across global operations. You will work cross-functionally with Digital, Procurement, Engineering, and Distribution teams to support large-scale logistics projects, optimize operations, and drive data-driven decisions through strong data quality and robust reporting frameworks.

      Main responsibilities:

      • Lead the governance and continuous improvement of logistics master data, ensuring global consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
      • Define and implement data management processes and tools to enable scalable and sustainable operations.
      • Support global logistics transformation initiatives by providing insights based on clean and structured data.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish KPIs, data definitions, and reporting standards across regions and functions.
      • Build a central data repository and benchmarking tools to drive performance tracking and strategic planning.
      • Ensure alignment of master data with WMS, TMS, ERP, and other logistics systems to enhance digital integration and automation.
      • Act as a change agent promoting best practices in data governance and lean logistics methodologies.

      About You

      Experience & Expertise

      • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain, or data governance within complex global environments, preferably in life sciences or highly regulated industries.
      • Proven experience managing logistics master data across systems (ERP, TMS, WMS).
      • Strong background in logistics processes including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural environment.
      • Skills
      • Advanced Excel and data visualization/reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
      • Strong analytical thinking with a track record of driving data-based improvements.
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
      • Strategic mindset with attention to operational detail.
      • Preferred
      • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
      • Experience with digital tools and automation in logistics (e.g., route optimization, real-time tracking).
      • Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics in transportation/logistics is a plus.
