Job Description

- Secure Logistic flow of spare parts and other products around Americas Region.
- Responsible for Logistics KPI´s
- Manage market escalations, ensuring high level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Support Tetra Pak market companies and end customers, including problem solving
- Develop and use tools for analytical reports and identify improvements for the areas involved
- Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations established by the authorities, as well as compliance with Tetra Pak procedures in accordance with the authorization routine and general terms and conditions
- Act as a facilitator between the main stakeholders and the SSN Team (Planning, Amsac, Warehouse)
- Participate and lead groups of continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Digital Transformation Engineering a plus.
- 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse desirable. Internships are welcome
- Basic understanding of logistics
- Experience working with Power Automate desirable or Python etc.
- Experience with Power BI and other business analytics tools a plus
- Experience working with MS Office tools (excel, power point, etc). Nice to have experience using SAP.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, organized, details oriented, team player.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish a plus
