Job Description
- Req#: 401194
- Administrative duties related to the incoming of goods, preparation of orders and the distribution of orders into outlets;
- Liaison with other roles within the Logistics Centre to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations;
- Ensure readily prepared orders for our outlets are allocated correctly on loading bays, including the physical movement of pallets with the right handling equipment;
- Qualitative and quantitative control of the incoming and outgoing goods;
- Help to maintain and upkeep the Logistics Centre;
- Support and develop activities related to the Warehouse inventory.
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- The flexibility to work on different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays;
- Willingness to learn, ability to work both independently and as a team, always ensuring high quality standards;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language is a must;
- Knowledge of the Maltese and/or Italian languages will be considered an asset;
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office package;
- Willingness to work in an environment where you will be required to drive electric goods handling equipment after training has been given;
- Different options of contract are available: full time, 40 hours per week, organised on 5 days (8 hours per day) or a part time, of minimum 25 hours per week, organised on 5 days (5 hours per day);
- Basic salary: starting from €8,26 per hour
- Any minutes worked over 40 hours per week are paid at time and a half;
- Sundays and public holidays are paid at double rate;
- Night shift allowance when applicable;
- Everything is paid by the minute!
