What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal managed logistics representatives
- Utilize technology to review data and ensure customer expectations are met
- Identify logistics trends and implement strategies for improvement
- Manage immediate systemic issues affecting customer accounts
- Drive the strategic direction of each account and oversee account-specific projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain field or equivalent education and experience
- 7-10 years of experience in operational warehouse, freight/transportation purchasing role
- Experience working with big box retail companies is a plus
- Proficiency in TMS systems and Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in a similar role within the supply chain industry
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
