Job Description
- Req#: REQ-24642
- Create and execute routing plans for purchase orders from suppliers to Ace distribution centers
- Track and trace to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of purchase orders
- Coordinate special transportation needs and provide customer service for all stakeholders
- Update TMS (Transportation Management System) for vendor and carrier compliance and accuracy
- Utilize Power BI tools and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Seek out opportunities to improve existing processes

Compensation Details:
$22.00 per hour

About This Role
Ace’s Logistics Planning internship will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in the transportation industry. Not only will you be working with vendors, carriers, and 3PLs but you will also work cross functionally with other departments at Ace such as Inventory Control, Supply Chain, our 15 distribution centers, and 7 consolidation centers. We strive to give our interns a fully immersive experience throughout the duration of your internship.
