Job Description

- Support end users in the day-to-day work and act as an advanced system user within the inbound or outbound department:
- Conduct system clean-up and system routines
- Support end-users on daily system-related issues
- Feedback to System Specialist (ex-Super Users)
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting
- Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by ensuring system-related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/ or need for inbound operations
- Responsible for training end users and team leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement
- 1-year system experience or Supervisor/Admin/Lead level Logistics experience preferred
- Experience with training and coaching of staff
- Understanding of inbound operations processes and cost drivers
- Solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates, technology related development needs, priorities, and projects/ roll-outs in Inbound
- Ability to understand and apply new system features/ updates within a given time frame
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate and co-create with others
- Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
- Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity
- Ability to understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to fill open roles for morning, afternoon and overnight shifts and will discuss more details should you receive an interview. However, the successful candidate for this role will be required to have open availability, including evenings and weekends. You also may be required to lift in excess of 50lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift supporting the warehouse floor.
