  Job Title: Logistics Specialist

  Job Description

  Our mission is to 'Protect The American Warfighter' by performing aircraft modifications for the U.S. military. We are seeking an entry-level Logistics Specialist to work in our climate-controlled warehouse. The warehouse serves as the logistics hub for all of our aircraft hangars, where you will handle shipping, receiving, tracking, packaging, and delivering all necessary materials to the hangars. This role is a mix of traditional warehouse work along with computer work and making deliveries.

  Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping, receiving, tracking, packaging, and delivering materials to aircraft hangars
  • Perform both traditional warehouse duties and computer-based tasks
  • Make deliveries to hangars as required
  • Adhere to extensive regulations including FAA, Government Contracts, and Military Programs

  Essential Skills

  • Previous related experience in logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling, or material coordinating
  • Stable job history
  • Ability to work day or afternoon shift any day of the week

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in mailroom, driving, inventory control, order pulling, warehouse inventory, mail sorting, picking, packing, and pick & pack
  • Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

  Work Environment

  Work in a climate-controlled warehouse and office environment, making deliveries in company vans. Shifts are four days a week, with 10-hour shifts. Most employees work weekdays, but flexibility is required to work Saturdays or Sundays if the program or team needs it. Day and afternoon shifts are available, with the earliest shift starting at 6:00 am and the latest shift starting around 1:00 pm. Flexibility in shift work is required, but legitimate accommodation needs will be met by the team.

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.50
