Job Description

- Safely move materials using carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Receive incoming materials, verifying descriptions and weights for accuracy.
- Maintain organized storage in the vault by classification and status (e.g., incoming, outgoing).
- Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and complete sign-off procedures per company policy.
- Perform cycle counts and verify material weights to support inventory accuracy.
- Communicate with the trading team regarding incoming and outgoing materials; ensure accurate SAP system entries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure scales are calibrated for accurate material weighing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Operate in full compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform measurements, conversions, and calculate percentages and ratios.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
