- Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads
- Daily management of cylinder/dewar availability and ordering including
- Regular liaison with Regional Managers, Stores staff, Flogas and CTS
- Production of dewar supply demand reports
- Monitor and arrange cylinder and valve testing
- Monthly cylinder forecasting and maintenance of minimum stocking levels across regions
