      Job summary

      The purpose of this position is to manage the supply of cylinders at depots and oxygen fill plants, keeping within agreed budgets and arranging cylinder, valve and dewar testing where required. Each day is different so youll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

      Main duties of the job

      What You Will Be Doing:

      • Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads
      • Daily management of cylinder/dewar availability and ordering including
      • Regular liaison with Regional Managers, Stores staff, Flogas and CTS
      • Production of dewar supply demand reports
      • Monitor and arrange cylinder and valve testing
      • Monthly cylinder forecasting and maintenance of minimum stocking levels across regions

      You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 1035 team. The purpose of this position is to manage the supply of cylinders at depots and oxygen fill plants, keeping within agreed budgets and arranging cylinder, valve and dewar testing where required. Each day is different so youll need to be adaptable and flexible but because of this you will truly be appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.
